As Flora starts work, it’s nearly Christmas. The longest night of the year and the stars are out. But soon the night shifts to become an odyssey of crisis situations as Flora fights her way through the fluorescent-lit corridors of Ward 7. Patients are piling up. Faster than normal. Doors swing open with new arrivals but no one seems to be making for the exit. And the cases seem increasingly absurd. What started as a regular shift has become an odyssey of unmanageable proportions. Will it ever end? Who will end it?
